Conveniently located across the street is the island’s largest supermarket, which includes a café, butcher, and bakery. The three modern main bedrooms are located upstairs, while one guest room is situated in the basement. All bathrooms are fitted with high-end Grohe and Laufen fixtures, prestigious designer ceramic tiles, and sleek glass doors.
The house is officially categorized by the Croatian Ministry of Tourism for 7 beds with 2 additional beds, comfortably accommodating 9, even 10 guests. The open-plan living and dining area, as well as each bedroom, are equipped with individual air conditioning units featuring a quiet mode, perfect for a restful night's sleep.
Kitchen and appliances
The modern kitchen, from the renowned Austrian brand DanKüchen, is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a refrigerator with ice maker and cold-water dispenser, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchenware.

High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. In the basement, you'll find a dedicated workspace with a desk, monitor, and ergonomic chair. The house also provides all required cleaning utilities - washing machine, drying and ironing rack, iron, robotic and classic vacuum cleaner – which can all be found in the basement room that is also equipped with an additional spare bed. Also located in the basement, there is a small storage room, a technical room, and an external staircase with an exit that leads directly to the yard. Throughout the entire house, all windows are equipped with day and blackout curtains, insect screens, and remote-controlled shutters.
The living room offers a large smart TV with YouTube Premium, Netflix and HBO Max, while smaller smart TVs can be found in the bedrooms. As well as the smart TVs, ceiling Bluetooth speakers are also available to use in the living room and pool terrace.
The front door and gate can be operated by code or via smartphone. The hot water system can also be managed remotely for added convenience.
Outdoors, there is a solar-powered shower to refresh after a swim or day of activity, and a fully equipped stone BBQ with separate grates for meat and fish, a sink, prep surface, cleaning tools, and free firewood. The ground-floor terrace is shaded and furnished with a large dining table for up to 10 guests. The total indoor living space is 172 m², complemented by a 40 m² ground-floor terrace and a 60 m² rooftop terrace.

This home is also ideal for guests who are looking for an active vacation due to the excellent location which provides a great start for any activity that is planned. The large courtyard offers secure parking for bicycles, and there's a storage area for all your equipment, either in the basement or in a separate auxiliary building. A scenic road just opposite the house leads to the island’s “green side,” with well-marked, beautifully maintained trails perfect for walking, hiking, cycling, and climbing—extending all the way to the historic fortress of St. Mihovil.

A first aid clinic is only 5 minutes away by car and is directly connected by speedboat to Zadar Hospital. In Preko, you'll also find two pharmacies, a dental office, post office, police station, harbourmaster’s office, gas station, kiosks, butcher, fish market, as well as numerous restaurants and cafés. Across all beaches in the municipality of Preko, complimentary wooden sun loungers are available for public use.
